In January, we mentioned that TM has offered unlimited quota for its base 30Mbps Unifi Basic Plan. Priced at RM79/month, the Unifi Basic plan originally comes with just 60GB of quota each month which isn’t great for heavy users. Now TM has announced another extension and you can continue to enjoy unlimited quota until the end of this month.
According to its latest EDM, existing Unifi Basic subscribers can enjoy uncapped and unlimited quota until the 31st March 2019. However, they also recommend that you switch to their higher 100Mbps plan (RM129/month) if you wish to continue to enjoy unlimited quota and to stand a chance to win a trip for two to the UK.
The same unlimited quota is also offered to new subscribers as well but the uncapped quota is only valid until the end of March 2019. It isn’t clear if this is the final unlimited offer and whether TM will continue to extend the promo until further notice.
At RM79/month, the 30Mbps plan (30Mbps download + 10Mbps upload) is currently one of the most affordable fibre broadband offering that’s available for the masses but many were not happy with its limited 60GB quota.
