Samsung is really ballsy when it comes to letting people know that it’s not afraid of Apple.
Earlier Apple sought to obtain a court order to ban the sale of Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 in Australia but after an early injunction, the courts ultimately ruled in Samsung’s favour allowing the Korean manufacturer to continue selling the Galaxy Tab 10.1 — its answer to the almost ubiquitous iPad.
Samsung is quick to capitalise on its courtroom victory over Apple in Australia with a cheeky ad that is already grabbing a lot of attention with a simple yet powerful and certainly memorable headline — “the tablet Apple tried to stop”.
We think this is quite apt. Let’s hope Apple will take the battle out of the courtroom once and for all and bring it back to where it matters – innovation right in the consumers hands.

Don't forget this so call COPYCAT will actually give APPLE a warning to produce their product in a better manner. Anyway what I can say is SAMSUNG really a good hardware manufacture and even, the only thing is wait have a better ROM on Andriod then it will catch up the tablet market. APPLE might good in design and iOS which really smooth than current Andriod platform but it really give a not very good hardware base on the price which we have paid.
