Alright, this sounds like a cheap airfare promo but it’s not. Google is offering 9 premium apps for only US$0.10. That’s about 32 sen in our currency. The 10 cent promo is going for 10 days and could be limited for 10 billion downloads or maybe to bring up Android app download numbers to 10 billion.
The participating apps are pretty good and they are SwiftKey X, Sound Hound, Asphalt 6 HD, Minecraft, Endomondo Sports Tracker, Great Little War Game, Sketchbook Mobile, Fieldrunners HD, Color & Draw for Kids & Paper Camera.

Nope, you need to associate a device with you Google account to download apps.

USD0.10 can be paid thru Credit Card? Anybody tried before?

We did. You have to link your credit card with Google wallet. Managed to purchase a couple of apps.

Cannot from android phone. But I can do it from the the google Market website.

from what has been understood… there'll be a new list (of 10 apps) daily for the next 10 days… everyone's so excited and wondering what's on for Day 2, Day 3, etc…

bro, it's '10' apps for 10 days. not '9'. Some device show only '9' cos the apps not compatible.
