If you’re looking for a new colour for the Galaxy Note9, Samsung has just announced the arrival of its Lavender Purple option in Malaysia. The new colour is available only for the high-spec version that comes with 8GB RAM and 512GB of storage.

As a limited time promo, Samsung Malaysia is doubling up on its storage by offering a free 512GB microSD card which gives it a total of 1TB of storage. 

The Galaxy Note9 512GB version is officially priced at RM4,599 and before this, it was only available in Midnight Black and Ocean Blue. According to the terms and conditions, the 512GB microSD card is retailing for RM1,199.

 This promotion is available starting today, 9 November until 30 November 2018, and while stocks last. In case you’re wondering, the ongoing RM400 off promo isn’t applicable for the Lavender Purple 512GB model.

To refresh your memory, the Samsung Galaxy Note9 features a 6.4″ Quad HD Super AMOLED display and it runs on an Exynos 9810 processor. Apart from the 8GB RAM + 512GB storage model, it’s also available in 6GB RAM + 128GB storage option that’s officially priced at RM3,699. 

For imaging, it gets a dual-camera setup that offers a variable f/1.5-f/2.4 aperture and 2X optical zoom. Powering the device is a 4,000mAh battery which can be charged quickly via USB-C or via wireless charging. There’s stereo audio playback, IP68 dust and water resistance and support for Samsung Pay. The S Pen on the Galaxy Note9 is now Bluetooth enabled which you can use as a remote control.
