After reading this article I gave food panda a try. 1st time ordering. Order placed at 7.30. ETA 50 mins, fine. 10 min past live ETA as shown on their web tracking – no food. Contacted customer support. Told there's a delay but website not updated. They reset the timer to another 45 mins. Told order can't be canceled. Will the last I'd be ordering from foodpanda.
