The iPhone 7 should be hitting Malaysia very soon. Yesterday we have seen pre-orders from a Malaysian e-commerce store and now there’s a teaser that hints its imminent arrival.

Riding on the “Pen-Pineapple-Apple-Pen” wave, U Mobile has hinted that they will be offering the latest iPhone on its U Package Plan. This allows you to pick up a brand new iPhone with 0% interest instalments across 24 months.

Based on their previous bundling, the iPhone will be tied to i40, i60, i90 and i130 plans which is offered for both prepaid and postpaid. For those without a credit card, you may have the option to pick one up with U MicroCredit.

At the moment, there’s still no official announcement from Apple but it looks like we could be getting it as early as next month. The iPhone 7 should be priced from RM3,199 (32GB) while the bigger iPhone 7 Plus starts from RM3,799. Apart from U Mobile, we expect the other big 3 telcos – Maxis, Digi and Celcom to offer the latest iPhone on contract as well.
