The Sony Xperia Z will be launched here on 6th March with official availability and pricing yet to be known. However a Lowyat.Net forumer choonwai11 has spotted a pre-order sign at a Sony Centre in JB which indicated RM2,299 as its retail outright pricing.
At that price, the Xperia Z is directly competing with the newly announced new HTC one which is priced at RM2,299 as well. If you have RM2,299 to burn, which will you choose? The water resistant Xperia Z or the fully aluminium new HTC One with dual mics and speakers?
