The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 series is finally available in Malaysia and it’s the most expensive Note yet with the top-of-the-line priced above RM5,000. To make it easier to own, Samsung Malaysia is offering a 0% Easy Instalment Plan with a 12-month duration. On top of that, you can also get up to RM433.25 off the RRP with a 1 month waiver promo.

To refresh your memory, below is the official Galaxy Note 20 series pricing in Malaysia:

Galaxy Note 20 (LTE) – RM3,899
Galaxy Note 20 5G – RM4,299
Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G – RM5,199

For our local market, all models are running on an Exynos 990 processor with 256GB of storage. The Note 20 comes with 8GB RAM while the Note 20 Ultra gets 12GB of RAM.

Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra one month waiver

With the one month waiver promo, you’ll save 8.34% of the full retail price and you’ll have to pay the instalments across 12 months. Below is the effective cost of the device with the instalment promo:

Galaxy Note 20 (LTE) – RM3,574.08 (12x RM297.84)
Galaxy Note 20 5G – RM3,940.80 (12x RM328.40)
Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G – RM4,765.80 (12x RM397.15)

The 1 month waiver promo is available until the 25th of October 2020. At the time of writing, there’s no mention of the instalment promo on the Note 20 campaign site and it is likely to be offered at participating Samsung Experience Stores. On the official online store, you can buy the device on a 24-month instalment plan but without the 1 month waiver promo.

[ UPDATE 22/08/2020 11:15 ]: Samsung Malaysia has confirmed that the 0% Easy Instalment Plan offer is available only at their Samsung Experience Stores.

In case you missed it, Samsung is also offering a free 50″ UHD Smart TV for Galaxy Note 20 buyers. A total of 1,200 units are up for grabs for online redemption starting 23rd August 2020 at 10pm.

If you’re upgrading from an existing device, Samsung is also having a trade-in offer. Depending on the value of your current device, you could save up to RM4,005 for the Note 20 series.
