Following the cancellation of this year’s Mobile World Congress (MWC 2020), both Xiaomi and Oppo have announced the postponement of their press event in Barcelona. Xiaomi was supposed to have a global event for the Mi 10 series while Oppo was going to reveal their new Find X2 series flagship.

According to Xiaomi’s official statement, the company understands the decision by GSMA to cancel MWC 2020. To ensure the safety of its employees, partners, media and guests, Xiaomi will postpone their launch to a separate event in Europe at a later date. The Mi 10 global launch was supposed to take place on 23rd February, a day before the MWC doors are open.

The Xiaomi Mi 10 and the Mi 10 Pro were officially revealed in China this afternoon. Both devices feature a 6.67″ 90Hz Full HD+ AMOLED display, a Snapdragon 865 processor, LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.0 storage. You can learn more about the devices here.
