Touch ‘n Go eWallet is now accepted on Lazada Malaysia. This is their first local online retail partner and it enables their 5 million users to pay for shopping using their eWallet balance.
To celebrate the partnership, you can get RM5 discount voucher when you spend a minimum of RM50 using the Touch ‘n Go eWallet on the Lazada app. This is applicable from 29th to 31st October 2019, and it is limited to the first 3,000 transactions during the promo period.
To pay using the eWallet, just select the “Touch ‘n Go eWallet” option on the checkout screen. Your payment will be verified after entering your registered phone number for eWallet along with your pin number.
For desktop users, you can still pay for eWallet but it requires you to scan a QR code on the screen. Do note that the RM5 promotion is only applicable on Lazada mobile app
According to Ignatius Ong, the CEO of TNG Digital, Lazada is home to 16.5 million online shoppers which is the size of half of our population and it is a huge target market. With this collaboration with Lazada, they are offering a payment method that’s seamless and secure. At the moment, Touch ‘n Go eWallet has over 100,000 physical retail points in Malaysia. In case you missed it, the eWallet is now accepted at 7-Eleven outlets nationwide.
