The time is nearly upon the us. As the 14th Malaysian General Elections (GE14) kicks off tomorrow, it is up to the Rakyat to decide the kind of leaders they want. It would be an understatement to say that it’s an important day for Malaysia as tomorrow’s results will pretty much decide the fate of our country for the next few years.

That’s why it’s important to keep up with the results as they unfold. Thankfully, there’s a really easy way for you to do so.

GE14MAP is a user-friendly interactive map that’s designed to give you up-to-date information on the results of the GE14 as they are announced. The results will be displayed in a neat map which provides a visual representation of all the 222 parliamentary constituencies. The map will be updated at regular intervals starting from the evening of the 9th of May 2018 as the official results are revealed.

You don’t have to download an app for this, nor do you have to pay any fees. Simply log onto the website GE14MAP.com and you can keep up with the latest developments easily. It works for both desktop and mobile.

Currently, the map showcases the parliamentary results from the 13th General Elections so you can compare them with this year’s results and track the performance of the parties.

Alternatively, you can also visit Malaysiakini’s undi.info website which will also be updated with the results of GE14. In addition to the 222 parliamentary seats, you will also be able to see the results for state seats too.

UPDATE: Undi.info is inaccessible. Here’s the alternative link.

The 14th General Elections will be held on Wednesday (9th of May 2018) where 222 seats are at stake in the Dewan Rakyat and 505 seats in 12 out of 13 state legislative assemblies.

To all who will be travelling back to their respective home towns to vote, we wish you all a safe journey. Also, make sure you’ve checked your exact polling location. Happy voting!
