The honor View10 (also known as the honor V10 in China) is coming to Malaysia earlier than expected. Initially scheduled to hit Malaysia on 15 January 2018, you can get one as early as next Friday.

This is honor’s latest flagship with a 18:9 FullView display and it shares a lot of similarities with the Huawei Mate 10 series.

The honor View10 is priced at RM2,099 and it will be available officially starting 12 January 2018. Pre-order for the device will start next Monday, 8 January until 10 January 2018. For the first 1,000 pre-order customers, they are bundling RM699 worth of free gifts which include the honor band A2 and a Final Fantasy redemption card. The honor View10 is available in Blue and Black.

To recap, the View10 gets 5.99” FullHD+ display with a 18:9 aspect ratio. Under the hood, it runs on a Kirin 970 processor with 6GB RAM and 128GB of storage. Similar to the Huawei Mate 10, there’s a fingerprint sensor at the front mounted right underneath the display.

The View10 also gets a dual camera system consisting of a 20MP monochrome sensor and a 16MP RGB sensor. Unlike the Mate 10 series, there’s no OIS and both gets an f/1.8 aperture instead of f/1.6. For selfies, the View10 gets a 13MP f/2.0 front camera. It also gets a large 3,750mAh battery which supports SuperCharging via USB-C. It still retains a 3.5mm headphone jack and it runs on Android 8.0 with EMUI 8.0 on top.

At RM2,099, the View10 is quite competitive for the specs it packs. If you’re interested, the View10 pre-order will be available via Vmall, Lazada, Shoppe and 11street.

Dear, editor in charge. I think you spelled Shopee incorrectly but it’s not a big deal unless you have a few OCD readers like me. Thank you.

I am still hoping to see Nova 2S

Yup Nova 2s similar with Nova 2i just the 2S got NFC.

I prefer 2s…..could be in the range of RM1499.00

At last, the first Honor phone in Malaysia that has passed the barrier of Rm2k. Respectable Honor 8 Pro with released price of RM1999 is in the past.

Honor brand is no longer a ‘younger sibling, budget friendly, truly affordable’ phone of Huawei. It is a new premium phones manufacturer.

It is flagship range minus the big bucks $$$.

Wondering which is more value for money.

V10 or Mate 10

V10 has higher RAM and storage

Mate 10 has QHD and better camera

Mate 10: Get it with Celcom RM 188/month plan(2 years contract). Total cost would be cheaper than this. You will love the camera. If you worry about storage: microSD card slot would come to rescue.

Internal storage aka ROM is important, you can’t replace ROM with SD card, as many apps can’t be move to SD card.

Honor V10 is much better than Mate 10 period.

This is true……..Honor Pro Series always better than regular Mate Series except Mate Pro Series minus the Leica things.

So if you wanna get regular Mate Series better get the Honor Pro Series which is equivalent to Mate Pro Series minus the Leica camera.

But mate 10 losing on ram, 4gb vs 6gb of ram.

do you really need that much ram ?

          V10 has 128 gb storage.

For those who use dual sim… Means no SD card.

This additional storage space is a bit plus point.

Need to see the camera comparison with mate 10 to decide

I would prefer Honor V10 over Mate 10………….plus point is sleekness and thinnest. Plus the screen is sharp too even just FHD+.

With the release of this, Honor 8 Pro should be priced somewhere around RM1500

anybody know what is Final Fantasy redemption card ?
I dont play games. can sell ?

Which is better, mate 10or i have to wait formmate 11 to come out?

    Rangka Kacang

Just wait until Mate 15 or better yet Mate 20.

Mate 11 would be released around 3rd quarter of 2018. Processor performance and battery life should be better in Mate 11. For an average user: Mate 10 is a powerful device and battery can last for 1-1.5 days.

Mate 10 has a capability of extending its display to an external monitor and function in a desktop computer mode.

I think the desktop function only applicable to Mate 10 Pro?………..Mate 10 can?

Did anyone know that the charger that provided in the INBOX is normal charger or supercharger? if just a normal 2V charger, then it will get a very long time to charge.

It is supercharged charger same with Mate 10 series.

Am suppose to upgrade my Honor 8 Pro to V10, but Huawei Mate 10 Pro too tempting for me for just RM2341 including GST from DIGI package of RM78.00……..in the end changed to Mate 10 Pro on 2nd January ..))
