The LG Optimus 3D is packed with tech, there’s a multi-channel dual-core processor and then there’s the glassless 3D display, not to mention the 3D imaging capability from the stereoscopic camera. But what is the purpose of all this tech?
Well, to allow you to better learn your Yoga poses of course.
That’s it the idea we got from this latest teaser/preview of the LG Optimus 3D that you can view right after the jump. The video also reveals a practical kick-stand that makes up part of the device’s back plate, which is always a welcomed feature when your friends are occupied while doing the downward-dog.
So if you were to get a 3D smart phone, what would you use it for?

So here it is, another teaser video from LG on the upcoming Optimus 3D — the world’s first Android-based 3D smart phone. In all honesty, there’s really nothing to see in the video, it’s just a floating animation of the device and some dramatic sentences with not much else it in. The most prominent feature in this latest teaser is the dual stereoscopic cameras at the back of the device.
But we’ll have to say that’s its much better than the first Optimus 3D teaser video LG put out last week.
In any case, it’s almost certain that the Optimus 3D will make its official debut at the Mobile World Congress happening next week. As always, you know where to find us if you want to get the latest. In the meantime, the teaser video awaits your viewing pleasure right after the jump.

Not content with bringing the first dual-core Android smart phone into the world, LG is set to deliver another world’s first with the announcement of the LG Optimus 3D.
Not much has been revealed but from what we know thus far, the LG Optimus 3D is looking to be the world’s most advanced smart phone featuring a one of a kind dual-core multichannel RAM processor along with a 3D display that does not require the use of glasses. In addition to that there’s also a built-in dual-lens 3D camera for your to capture 3D stills and very possibly 3D videos.
Here at SoyaCincau.com we’re not huge fans of 3D, preferring to relegate it to gimmickry rather than cutting edge tech. What has got us very excited about this latest LG is the multi-channel dual-core processor. Already the LG Optimus 2X with its dual-core processor is ridiculously fast compared to the iPhone 4 and Samsung Galaxy S, it’s going to be interesting to see how much more performance this multi-channel processor has to offer.
The Optimus 3D is expected to make an official appearance at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, happening this February 14.
In the meantime, head on over to after the jump for a tease video of the LG Optimus 3D.
