SK Telecom is a big Android advocate and they had tremendous success with their bundling of Samsung Galaxy S in Korea. To celebrate their Android fever, they have released a special Android figurine pack called ANDROSKI that flexes. You could even turn this into a handphone stand for your android device too. Pretty neat accessory coming from a telco. Maxis should consider having one too since they are the most active Android player in Malaysia. You can check out Androski website here but its all in Korean.
Check out the video of the figurine after the jump along SK’s press video of their on ground Android campaign.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab that’s expected to come to SK Telecom will have a new contender. Its rival KT has its own 7″ Android tablet that also looks awfully similar to the iPad with its aluminium construction.
The device will be called KT Identity Tab which is powered by a 1GHz processor, 8GB of memory, DMB TV tuner and a 3 Megapixel Camera. It is said to be priced at 300,000 Korean Won (approx RM789) which will go head on against its rival Samsung Galaxy Tab.
Koreans are previously labeled as copycats in the automobile industry and now this might be regarded as carbon copy of an iPad.

You probably have heard of Gorilla Glass being used on the the Dell Streak and Samsung Galaxy S which adds durability to the screen. So is that all marketing fluff? While we expect the typical blade or key scratch test, the Koreans had a different torture in mind.
They subject a Samsung Galaxy S in a bag shake of screws, keys and coins but yet the screen remains in prestine condition. If that isn’t enough, they also performed a drop test on the road. Well, did it survive? Watch the video after the jump.

We’re on a roll with Froyo and Google updates at the moment. It took a while but the Koreans will be the latest lucky geeks to be getting the Google Nexus One. And the deal gets even sweeter as the Nexus Ones heading to Korea will be running the latest Android OS, the 2.2 aka (Froyo).
KT will be the telco of choice if you’re in Korea and is in the market for a Nexus One. Outright it’s going to set you back an equivalent of RM1,900 or a very attractive RM410 for a 24-month contract.
Sadly, we’re nowhere near Korea at the moment. What’s more important is, when will Google and the device manufacturers clear the confusion on which devices that will be getting the Froyo and which will not.
