OPPO R9s Green Edition malaysia

The OPPO R9s gets a striking new colour option with the arrival of its Green Edition. According to OPPO, the colour represents harmony and freshness and it will be available in Malaysia sometime in mid-August.

Apart from the colour which looks quite similar to Huawei’s Pantone Green, the specs remains unchanged. You get 5.5″ Full HD AMOLED display with a full unibody metal design. Under the hood, it runs on a capable Snapdragon 625 processor with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage.

The key highlight of the R9s is its rear 16MP f/1.7 main camera that features dual PDAF focusing technology for quicker shots. For selfies, it has a 16MP f/2.0 shooter with OPPO’s own beautification software enhancement. The R9s gets a 3,010mAh battery and it supports its rapid VOOC Flash Charging via micro USB. The device also gets a fingerprint sensor on the home button which is one of the fastest on a smartphone.

The OPPO R9s is now priced at RM1,798 and we reckon the Green Edition would carry the same price tag once it goes on sale in Malaysia.
