Transport provider MyTeksi goes after the king of fruits and they are bringing it directly to your door-step. This RM1 service will be provided this weekend (25th-26th July) from 12:00 PM till 6:00 PM. You’ll only need to pay for the RM1 delivery cost, as the durian is complimentary. But be sure to snap it up fast, as it is first come-first-serve, with just 100 deliveries per day.

This continues the hype by their competitor Uber, who just today held a global initiative to deliver ice-cream at 252 cities in 57 countries across 6 continents. Vehicles from drones (Singapore), to trucks (Jordan) and cars (Malaysia) were utilised in numerous countries throughout the world.

It should be noted that MyTeksi’s #GRABdurian campaign will only be applicable for those in the Klang Valley area. Let’s hope that the company doesn’t reuse the cars immediately after a drop-off, surely giving their passengers a “blissful” scent of one of Malaysia’s favourite fruits.

Some other conditions regarding the campaign are listed below:

Only 100 deliveries per day, strictly a first-come-first-serve basis.
Valid only for Klang Valley area.
Delivery is RM1, please pay RM1 on delivery.
Please be ready to collect your GRABdurian from the delivery person at the drop-off location.
Allow up to 1 hour to receive your delivery.
