China’s regulatory telecommunications certification centre, TENAA has given us a glimpse at the potentially most affordable phone by Huawei’s Honor sub-brand; the Honor 4A. Slated to make an official appearance at a special event today, the device has just passed all the checks and through that procedure has leaked the innards of the Honor 4A. Boasting a 5-inch touchscreen display along with dual-SIM 4G LTE support, the device will be running on a 2,200 mAh battery.

Officially, there are no more details regarding the phone, although rumour mills have been turning about the entry-level Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 processor with 2GB of RAM, a HD 720p display resolution along with 16GB of internal storage which could be expandable.  Currently, Huawei’s Honor 3C Lite occupies their most budget-friendly option for Malaysia at RM425 inclusive of GST. The fore mentioned phone provides a MediaTek 1.3 GHz Quad-core Processor, 1 GB RAM, 16GB of internal storage and the same option for expandable storage up to 32GB.

Given the official announcement will be live before today’s end, all the details that are rumoured will be known for sure but we hope it’ll be the cheapest Honor yet!
