The wait is almost over. The HTC One is coming to Malaysia and DiGi is keen to pun the magnificently build smartphone in your hands sooner than anyone else.

If you fancy the HTC One, the device can be yours for as low as RM1,269 from DiGi. The operator is taking pre-orders now and says that it will start delivering the device to customers on May 6 maybe earlier if shipments of the HTC One arrives earlier.

This also means, we have a launch window for the HTC One, which is somewhere between the last week of April to the first week of May. Taking into account the 13th General Elections, HTC will want to launch the device before that. So let’s wait and see.

Both whiteSilver and black colour version of the HTC One is available and the full bundled pricing from DiGi as follows:

DG Smart Plan 58 (24 months) – RM1,829
DG Smart Plan 88 (24 months ) – RM1,589
DG Smart Plan 148 (24 months ) – RM1,269

Advance payment between RM240-RM800 is required during order which varies depending on plan. Regardless which option you go with, be prepared to fork out RM2,069 during sign up. The advance payment will be refunded back across 24 months with except for Smart Plan 148 which will be fully refunded in your first month bill.

In the meantime, see how the HTC One stacks up against its competitors here. Also catch our hands-on videos of the HTC One here and here.
