The water and dust resistant Sony Xperia go is now available on contract with Celcom from as low as RM338. As usual, there are 3 plans available – Celcom Exec 50 + 1GB, Celcom Exec 50 + 3GB and Celcom Exec 250 which comes with 5GB data. In terms of contract duration, you have a choice of 12 months and 18 months.
For those plan to sign up, there’s also an upfront payment of RM300 for the Celcom Exec 50 plans and RM600 if you choose Celcom 250. This advance upfront payment will be rebated back to your account evenly across 12 months.
Just to recap on the specs, the Xperia go is a rugged device with IP67 rating which is similar as its predecessor, the Xperia active. It comes with a 3.5″ scratch resistant display that does 480×320, a dual-core 1GHz processor, 512MB of RAM and 4GB of on board storage.
