Remember our post about the girl that was so engrossed in her texting that she walked and fell right into a fountain? Well if you don’t here’s the link to the post.

Up till now the identity of this poor person was a bit of mystery to a lot of us, well now she has been found. It turns out the girl is in fact a lady by the name of Cathy Cruz Marrero. She’s 49 years-old and she’s not happy that people are having a good laugh at her expense.

In typical American fashion, she’s going to sue the mall for allowing security personnel to record and upload the video on YouTube. A bit too much, if you ask us but that’s the States for you.
