The HTC Desire HD & Desire Z has finally launched in Malaysia with both carrying the price tag of RM2299. The Desire Z will be exclusive on Maxis while the Desire HD is exclusive on DiGi.
Earlier this morning, DiGi had commenced its registration of interest for the Desire HD ahead the launch as we’ve predicted earlier on. It was mentioned that the Desire HD will be available on HTC and DiGi centres next month.

i wish the HD was under maxis. coz i heard that digi internet access is unpredictable. i don't know. would it be better under digi?

I've read somewhere saying that DiGi line is stable compared to maxis. Only that it has less coverage

fuck telco plans. im buying mine from htc distributors. aint no way some telco company gonna tell me what i should and shouldnt use. its my money and their service. i control it. not them.

In Taiwan, an unlocked HTC Desire HD is about RM2099, and HTC Desire Z is RM1890 only.

When will both HTC smartphone launch in the market without telco exclusivity? And what is the price both smartphone? Currently both models of AP are selling at the price of RM 2999 which is too expensive.

it cant be true. The UK is selling the Z for 425GBP while the HD is 495GBP.
