Samsung is having a hard time shaking off speculations on its next Android device rumoured to be the Nexus Two. Fresh from Engadget are new details of its next flagship Android device which looks rather convincing.

The power point slide above tells us that Samsung’s upcoming phone will have a 4.3″/4.5″ sAMOLED2 which seems to be Super AMOLED 2. Unfortunately, there’s no mention of the supported resolution but we believe it could be something higher than its current 800×480 resolution on the Galaxy S. It also states 1.2GHz processor and it runs on the upcoming Gingerbread Android OS. Other notable features is a 8MP camera with LED flash and the capability of shooting FULL 1080p HD video.

Now this is something new as most of the new speculated Android devices doesn’t really differ much from its Samsung Galaxy S. Who knows, this could be the rumoured Samsung Galaxy S2 which we mentioned earlier.
