VAIO, the former PC brand of Sony, has finally made comeback in Malaysia via Nexstgo. As showcased earlier during Computex 2018, they have introduced the ultra-portable S11 and S13 notebooks that are pretty sleek and ultra-light.
This could be it, ladies and gentlemen. My lifelong quest in search for the perfect work laptop to carry around with me to events may be at an end. What’s interesting is that this potentially ideal laptop comes from a pretty unlikely place.
Remember VAIO? It turns out they still make some really nice laptops that will be making their way into Malaysia really soon. At Computex 2018, I got the chance to check them out and let’s just say I’m stoked.

4 years ago Sony announced that they were parting ways with VAIO Computer Business and VAIO Corporation was formed to take over the PC business.
From that day onwards, we didn’t see much VAIO laptops around as they were only available in selected markets including Japan. However, this is about to change as VAIO is set to make a comeback to Malaysia very soon.
