To drive the point home, Apple has released a commercial about a life of a young student and her iPad Pro with LTE connectivity. With the iPad Pro and iOS 11, Apple believes a post-PC world is closer than you think.
As smartphones continue to grow, the tablet segment has been on a decline for the past few years. The iPad which was first introduced in 2010 is also having a slowdown in sales since 2014. With consumers getting comfortable with larger screen smartphones, it seems that the slate form factor is slowly becoming redundant.
Surprisingly, Apple has just posted its first quarterly growth for the iPad year-over-year since late 2013 with a total of 11.42 million iPads sold in the last fiscal quarter.
Imagine this: You’re travelling overseas and you need to get some work done or check on a couple of stuff on your iPad but there’s no free WiFi available. You can consider switching on your phone’s wifi hotspot but some telcos might not let you enable hotspot on their network. If you’re using the newer iPad Pro with WiFi + Celluar support, there’s actually a third way of getting online.

You can now place your order for the 2nd gen iPad Pro in Malaysia. Announced earlier this month at WWDC 2017, the new iPad Pro comes with an advanced 120Hz display, a faster processor and a minimum of 64GB of storage.
UPDATE: The new iPad Pro models are now available in Malaysia.
Apple has just updated its high-end tablet offering with its new 2nd generation iPad Pro. Like the current version, it also comes in two sizes and the smallest one now comes with a 10.5″ display. Apart from the usual hardware upgrades, the new iPad Pro also features the most advanced display with ProMotion.
Peripheral maker Logitech was one of the first third-party accessory makers to announce that they were making a Smart Connect enabled keyboard for the iPad Pro. That was back when the iPad Pro was officially released and has seen many tech sites talk about the typing experience that Logitech offers.
The iPad Pro is an expensive and ginormous tablet. If you want to get it for less, you can consider getting one on contract with Celcom’s latest First Internet Plans that comes with up to 40GB of “Internet”. The iPad Pro can be yours from RM3,588 while the compact iPad mini 4 is offered from as low as RM1,268.
We’ve heard it many times before. What’s the point of having fast internet if you don’t have enough quota? That’s like having a Ferrari with a tiny fuel tank!
The folks at Celcom apparently is aware of the increasing needs of its customers and they have just announced what they claim to be the greatest internet plans yet. How about 40GB of internet at just RM100 a month?
What’s more, it also comes with a little discount.
