The original Star Wars films gets retold in a series of animated shorts just for kids

The original Star Wars movies (episodes four, five and six) are arguably the best in the cinematic saga but they are not exactly suitable for kids.

Still, if you ever wanted to share that Star Wars moment with your kids, soon you’ll be able to.

Disney will be releasing a series of animated shorts based on the original Star Wars films. The first six of the series will debut November 30th on the Star Wars Kids YouTube channel which was created specifically for the series.

Traces of faecal bacteria found on touchscreens in a number of McDonald’s restaurants in the UK

Traces of fecal bacteria have been found on touchscreens in a number of McDonald’s restaurants in London and Birmingham, in the United Kingdom, according to UK-based tabloid,

The study was carried out with help from the London Metropolitan University’s school of human sciences. It involved swabs taken from touchscreen displays at eight McDonald’s restaurants in the UK — six in London and two in Birmingham. The displays are used as self-servic kiosks for customers to order their meals in a number McDonald’s restaurants.

200 million people play Fortnite, that’s about 6 times the population of Malaysia

Epic Game’s popular battle royale game Fortnite has crossed the 200 million registered players mark, according to Bloomberg. In June, Epic announced the game had 125 million registered users.

To put that number into perspective, 200 million people is equivalent to six times the population in Malaysia. If Fortnite is a country, the game would be on the top ten list of the most populated countries on the planet.

Soon, the Penang Bridge will accept toll payments via VISA and Mastercard

PLUS RFID pilot users will soon be able to link their accounts directly to their VISA or Mastercard credit, prepaid and debit cards to pay for tolls on the Penang Bridge, Butterworth-Kulim Expressway (also known as BKE) and Jitra highway. PLUS hopes this will lead to lesser congestion at the toll plazas by minimising delays caused by insufficient balance or failure to top up.
