The iPhone has been the forefront of many technological innovations, although some of which were closer to popularisations than actual inventions. Then again nothing is truly invented until Apple does it right? Now it seems that Apple is “reinventing” the smartphone by removing the headphone jack.
Whether they actually choose to label it as such remains to be seen, but this bold design choice by the Cupertino company doesn’t seem to be going down well with at least 200,000 of their loyal fanbase. Well, to pacify the angry mob, Apple’s got the AirPods for you — at least we think that’s what they’re going to be called.

Apart from selling smartphones and tablets, honor Malaysia is bringing its first wearable device very soon. They have been posting teasers of the honor band, and it’s a sign that it shouldn’t take too long for it to get here. After its global naming contest, the band is now called the honor band z1, instead of its “honor band zero” name for the Chinese market.
Vaping has hit the Malaysian scene like a storm. And the only thing stopping it is well… you know what. Anyway, while it still hasn’t been considered illegal in some states in Malaysia, let’s take a look at the one and only “hookah-like” smartphone.
Besides the upward trend of putting a screen on everything, the next thing on everyone’s lips is modular. As we’ve covered stories before about small modular smartphones or modular phone cases, we thought it’d be fitting to follow up with a bigger modular device — a TV.
Whenever designing is concerned, you’ll always have people who simply don’t understand your “art”. Thus lies the subjectivity of it all but when you have a majority of people who feel that your attempt is a half-hearted one, prepare for the worse – especially when a fan releases a concept and it makes your (in this case Microsoft/Windows) UI look silly.

WhatsApp seems to be full of vulnerabilities these days. At first, it tried to steal your banking information through a malware in WhatsApp’s update, now it seems that you can crash specific users’ apps by sending them a whole bunch of emojis.
5,000 emojis to be precise.

Sleep, a pastime of all that walk this earth. We need it to function but often don’t bother getting enough of it. For humans, at least, that’s a proposition that is a paradox in itself. Personally, there has never been an issue getting up from the bed but we can all nod in agreement about some people in our lives that hit that snooze button a handful of times.
Often some of them never leave their pillow fort but for those who really have commitments worth getting up for, the Ruggie could be something for you.
Ruggie in as the name implies, is a floor mat that doubles as an alarm clock and for it to stop ringing, you’ll actually have to get out of bed – you can’t snooze it either.
9 years ago in 2007, Steve Jobs went on stage at MacWorld to introduce the iPhone. The device that aims to reinvent the phone with its 3 in 1 proposition – an iPod, a phone and an Internet communications device. At the same time, Apple had also dropped the word “Computer” from its company name, to better reflect its growing product portfolio that goes beyond Macs.
