First official pictures: Nokia 800 Windows Phone

Here are the first official pictures of the Nokia 800 (aka Sea Ray), one of the first Nokia Windows Phone devices soon to be launched.

The 800 adopts an identical design language to the Nokia N9 with a tough polycarbonate body, curve glass screen and a 3.7-inch AMOLED Clear Black Display. Being a Windows Phone device, the Nokia 800 brings with it the obligatory trio of capacitive navigation buttons as opposed to the button-less design on the N9.

Specs include a 1.4GHz processor, 16GB of storage, an 8MP camera with Carl Zeiss optics and a 1,540 mAh battery

The 800 is expected to be unveiled at Nokia World 2011 happening next week in London. We’ll keep you posted on any developments till then.

We don’t know about you, but with the Motorola RAZR, Galaxy Nexus and iPhone 4S now in the market, the upcoming Nokia 800 is looking somewhat dated.

One more picture after the jump.

Nokia E90 can survive at a price tag at more than 4k when it was new , when theres better spec phone on the market at that time . Trust me , Nokia has its own fan based just like apple .

correct, one of them is obefiend

3.7 or 3.9 inch?

I'd get this if it's around 1.5k

Why is this dated when the design is less than 4 months old but iphone 4s which has design that has been around for >12 months is not dated? 🙂

Will even if Apple is to re-release iPhone 3Gs it would still be held in high regards. Wait till the next version without Jobs.

Nokia really need to come out with something big to win the market back. The design of nokia is lame not to mention the specs. Perhaps the brand "nokia" is outdated as it seems

might as well get the N9 innit?

Not picking up a Nokia with WP. Major flaw with the OS is the lack of true support for Malaysian (no marketplace, have to register other country).
