Previously Mobile Broadband used to be for the higher end market with subscription rates going more than RM100/month.

Today, we’re begining to see more lower entry pricing below RM100, such as Maxis’s RM78/month plan and even P1′s Wiggy RM69/month package.

DiGi that vows to make broadband done right, is not going to be left behind as well. They too had released a lower priced package targeted at students for only RM58/month with FREE Modem. This is applicable for students between 18-25 years old which are mostly college/university students.

The DiGi Broadband student package has an average speed of 700kbps downlink and 200kbps uplink with a monthly bandwidth quota of 3GB/month.
