I hope the new management will turn things around. The previous management has destroyed U Mobile key unique features. Mobile Live TV & per second billing have ceased to exist.

The only thing U Mobile is left now is cheaper mobile broadband rates but it is only limited to KL and Penang.

today i went in tmpoint puchong branch for this package and it’s was told customer will be charged RM88 for the upgrade! this is not a good deal, just another scam deal from Telekom Malaysia.
how can we customer have to bear the switch terminal from 1MB to 2MB cost? those port not belong to customer and we customer have to take up the cost!
furthermore the so call tmpoint service presentive not pro as they cant give you any answer, all they can say is…”IF YOU WANT TO COMPLAIN, GO AHEAD”
I make up decision after 10 years with TMNut! it time to switch to others ISP!

I am been using amax wimax for 3 months now, its service really sucks very2 slow,not stable,always get disconnected worse then streamyx,decided to terminate the service,for early termination amax asking me to pay rm 200.for what…why did i subcribe for this service.what a waste of money.guys wimax sucks

get a jailbroken 3gs. go to your nearest umobile center. buy a simpack. pop it in.. and buy the unlimited monthly broadband sub for 68 ringgit.

who needs sms anymore eh.. and the callrates are damn cheap too, the only drawback is, you have to live,work and play in the klang valley.
