DiGi slashes iPhone 4 bundling further. RM240 extra savings.

Right before the new iPhone is revealed, DiGi is throwing extra discounts for its iPhone 4 bundling. Now they have reduced the monthly subscription by another RM10/month. With a 24 months contract, this is an extra RM240 worth of savings.
So this means, the iDiGi 88 is offered at RM43/month, iDiGi 138 at RM73/month and iDiGi 238 at RM143/month. Monthly subscription mentioned is after RM5 rebate for signing up with DiGi’s auto-billing. The last reduction was 2 months ago when they slashed RM5 off from its iDiGi subscription fees.

There's something interesting at the FAQ:
Q8.Is this promotion applicable when the iPhone 5 launches?
A8.No.
Q9.When is iPhone 5 launching?
A9.We will make an official announcement at digi.com.my once the launch date is confirmed.
Well obviously if the iPhone 5 is available here, the promotion is obviously no longer applicable as the price is cheaper.

Maxis already remove SGS2 inside android devices in their website… Signs that they will received Eyephone5 and Eyephone 4s 1st before Digi n Celcom… Good marketing strategy…

Erm, so removing SGS2 is the hidden clause to get ip5 or ip4s bfore everyone else? Or it just a way for Maxis to looks goods and sound 'loyal' to Apple?? That's quite unethical to me at least. It is not fair play
The promotion valid from 3 Oct 2011 to 31 Dec 2011, is that means that Digi don't expect iPhone 5 to arrive to our shore until next year? That will be another 3 mths to wait.
