Just a short heads up for all you Xperia arc users out there. Android Gingerbread 2.3.3 update is now available for your device. Head on over to Sony Ericsson Malaysia’s Facebook page for details on the update.
The update is nothing major but it pays to keep your devices updated with the latest OS version. Other than that you get enhanced Facebook integration throughout the device including in the system’s calendar and picture gallery.

Hi, I downloaded pc companion to update my xperia arc since it says there is an update. But it keep failed half way.
After PC downloading the updates, preparing the phone, and copy files from phone, that is where my pc start to hang. Tried in Vista and Win7 both the same. Could someone pls tell me how to update my arc or has anyone facing the same problem?

Hi.. I think there is a typo here..
"Android Gingerbread 2.3.3 update is not available for your device."
I think the not should be 'now' right ?
